These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and u3888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the u3888 website at https://u3888.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available thereon.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the u3888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one has been registered. These Terms are provided in English; in the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the u3888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your u3888 account and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced account security.
• Notify u3888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.

u3888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or a third party who has gained access through your credentials — shall be deemed your responsibility.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

The following general bonus conditions apply to all u3888 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate wallets. Real-money funds are wagered first by default unless the player selects otherwise.

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documents during KYC verification.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after services have been rendered.

u3888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

u3888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance windows, system updates, and third-party service interruptions may result in temporary unavailability, and u3888 shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

u3888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, in response to regulatory changes, platform updates, or operational requirements. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last reviewed" date.

Your continued use of the u3888 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u3888 is licensed to operate. Players accessing the platform from Malaysia do so at their own risk and remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws.

In the event of any dispute between you and u3888 arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent u3888 from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
